Questions about working with us
Do you only hire teachers?
No. Most of our team teach, but we also hire for the work behind the lessons: operations, marketing, HR and technology, including internships and freelance projects. Each vacancy says what kind of role it is, where it is based and what it pays.
Can I work remotely?
Many of our roles are remote within the UK, and every lesson is taught online. Each vacancy shows whether it is remote, hybrid or based at our Twickenham office.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application. If your experience fits the role, we’ll contact you to arrange a short call, then the next step depends on the role: for teachers, a short demo lesson; for other roles, an interview or a small task.
Do I need a DBS check?
Anyone who works with our students needs an Enhanced DBS check before they start. We’ll tell you if a role needs one.
What do you do with my CV?
We keep it privately, only to consider you for work with us, and delete applications we don’t take forward after 12 months. See our privacy policy.
